HAWAII!!!

It's always fun getting cards from your own state... you see the different cards from all over it!

I got this one today from Mrs. T. M. Uiagalelei in Ewa Beach, from Walltype :)

I want to send her one back, but I only currently have the typical touristy cards :/ Hm, I'll have to maybe make her one instead.... yeah... I'll do that...
Thank you Mrs. U!!!

I've noticed that there's less variety in Hawaiian postcards than there used to be, say 20 years ago. It used to be that all hotels had their own postcards, some businesses, restaurants, etc. Now I go from store to store and see the same postcards everywhere. I'm glad they have the repro ones, but kinda sorry there aren't more new ones.

Many thanks, Lauren, for the great postcard of the turtle . I played tourist yesterday and found some new (to me)postcards and not expensive! :)
